Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduling and preregistration functions while validating patient data.
• Verify insurance information with payors via calls or online resources.
• Identify payor authorization/referral requirements and communicate them.
• Calculate patient financial responsibilities and post payments.
• Deliver a positive patient experience and maintain professional relationships.
