• Certification with HFMA or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-facing support for the Patient Access Department.
• Ensure patient accounts have valid insurance and current demographic/clinical data.
• Calculate patient financial responsibility and present payment options.
• Process patient payments and secure consent on required forms/notices.
