Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years experience in Revenue Cycle or related clerical accounting/finance, with 1 year in healthcare Revenue Cycle.
• Prior Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front line support for the Patient Connection Center within Piedmont Healthcare.
• Prepare for patient visits by reviewing accounts and verifying insurance details.
• Initiate and obtain pre-certification or authorization for complex services.
• This is a remote, full-time position focused on financial clearance for patient services.
• Works closely with patients and clinical teams to ensure seamless pre-service processes.
