Conifer Health, part of the Tenet family, is seeking a Patient Access representative to support hospital registration, scheduling, and patient financial clearance. You will collect patient demographics, verify insurance, and explain financial responsibilities while complying with hospital policies.

The role requires strong customer service, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment across multiple patient access areas including Emergency Department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year in a customer service role.
• 0–1 year administrative experience in medical facility, health insurance, or related area preferred
• Some college coursework is preferred

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and register them at date of service following standards.
• Educate patients on financial liabilities and collect appropriately.
• Coordinate保险 and scheduling tasks and assist with post-discharge follow-up as needed
