Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration across access points, ensuring accurate demographic and insurance data.
• Scan, index, and manage patient documentation for registration, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Communicate financial responsibilities and collect payments at the point of service as appropriate.
• Schedule, confirm, and revise patient appointments to support timely access to care.
• Identify and resolve routine discrepancies; escalate complex issues per procedures.
• Provide patient-facing support via telephone and other approved channels.
