Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients across access points with accurate demographics and insurance data.
• Scan, index, and manage patient documentation within the EHR.
• Explain financial responsibilities and collect payments as appropriate.
• Schedule and adjust patient appointments to support timely care.
• Resolve routine registration and insurance discrepancies per procedures.
• Provide patient-facing support via phone and other channels.
