Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration across access points with accurate demographics, insurance eligibility, and documentation in the EHR.
• Scan, index, and manage patient documents to support registration, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Explain financial responsibility using tools and collect payments when applicable.
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust patient appointments to support timely access to care.
• Identify and resolve routine discrepancies; escalate complex issues per workflows.
• Provide patient-facing support via telephone and approved channels.
