Responsibilities

• Verify patient demographics, insurance coverage, benefits, and authorization requirements for services.
• Screen patients for financial responsibility and cash collections.
• Determine reimbursement sources and direct to financial assistance programs.
• Assist in referrals and prior authorizations.
• Provide information to patients and staff to ensure satisfaction and maximum reimbursement.
• Knowledge of ABN and PPA forms.
