Responsibilities include verifying demographics and insurance, screening for financial responsibility, guiding patients to assistance programs, collecting deposits, and coordinating referrals and authorizations. Onsite, night shift with rotating weekends.

Competenze

• 1 year of experience in billing, financial screening, insurance verification, collections, or customer service.

Mansioni

• Verify patient demographics and insurance coverage for services.
• Screen patients for financial responsibility and potential cash collections.
• Identify potential reimbursement sources and refer to financial assistance programs.
