Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) invites you to join our Golden Valley primary care clinic as a patient registration specialist. You will be part of a team that values teamwork, professionalism and mutual respect in a community focused setting.

You will verify benefits, register patients, collect copays, schedule and coordinate post-discharge care, and maintain accurate balances while performing data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• AZ DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or office setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service during patient registration, verifies demographics and benefits, schedules and coordinates post-discharge care, collects copays or payments, and balances accounts.
• Preregister, register, schedule, reschedule, and discharge patients according to defined guidelines.
