Responsibilities

• Refer accounts to financial counselors for education on payments and options.
• Pre register, register, schedule, reschedule, and discharge patients per guidelines.
• Balance daily cash, manage insurance eligibility checks, and obtain authorizations.
• Lead and train PAR staff, participate in interviews and scheduling, and support process improvements.
