Qualifications

• Demonstrates multitasking ability and time management.
• Effective oral and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pre-register, register, schedule, reschedule, and discharge patients per guidelines.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; obtain pre-authorizations when needed.
• Balance daily cash, process deposits, and generate daily reports.
• Enter/verify patient data in the EHR; ensure accuracy of records.
• Provide excellent customer service and support patient satisfaction goals.
• Lead and train PAR team; participate in staffing and QA activities.
• Support coverage needs and participate in process improvements.
