Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or higher.
• 2 years customer service experience required.
• 1–2 years registration/billing in healthcare preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication; detail orientation and multitasking.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient registration.
• Provides insurance benefits interpretation and counseling.
