Job summary

Qualifications

• Data entry or clerical experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collect accurate demographic, insurance, physician, and consent information.
• Ensure ABNs and advance directives are properly obtained and recorded.
• Process patient registration materials by scanning documents and entering data to support Medicare verification.
• Communicate clearly with patients and staff to coordinate admissions and assist workflow across Revenue Cycle.
• Aim for QA score of 95% or higher and maintain accurate data entry for result routing.
• Support a culture of safety and provide equitable care as part of the Registration team.
