R1 RCM Riverton Hospital is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Patient Registration for a part-time PRN schedule. You’ll be the first contact for patients, handling check-in, information gathering, and cost estimates with empathy and accuracy.

You’ll work across multiple systems, support care teams, and help ensure timely access to care while upholding hospital policies and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced hospital setting.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize with high attention to detail.
• HS diploma or GED required; background check and vaccination requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately across multiple systems and assist with check-in.
• Answer phones, gather patient information quickly, and provide cost estimates when applicable.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure smooth patient flow and timely access to care.
• Support insurance verification and collect co-pays as needed.
