Qualifications

• Must reside and be authorized to work within the United States.
• CRCR certification within 6 months of hire; company paid.

Responsibilities

• Assign accurate medical record numbers (MRNs) and perform medical necessity checks.
• Provide patient instructions and collect insurance information.
• Receive and process physician orders and distribute forms.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and relay calls; maintain compassionate service.
• Meet point-of-service goals and perform quality auditing on accounts.
• Pre-register patient accounts before visits and collect demographics and insurance details.
• Conduct account audits and report statistics to Patient Access leadership.
• Explain consent forms and obtain signatures with witnesses.
