Responsibilities

• Register patients while delivering strong guest relations and exceptional customer service.
• Review all scheduled outpatient visits to ensure patients are screened for discounts.
• Ensure payer sources and payment arrangements have been discussed with patients.
• Assist patients with completion of Financial Assistance Forms, HCAP, and Medicaid applications (if applicable).
• Review patient accounts for accuracy and update all aspects as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of registration forms, consents, literature and documents required by compliance.
