Responsibilities

• Register patients with strong guest relations and customer service.
• Review scheduled outpatient visits to ensure patients are screened for discounts.
• Discuss payer sources and payment arrangements with patients.
• Assist patients with Financial Assistance Forms, HCAP, and Medicaid applications (if applicable).
• Review patient accounts for quality and update all aspects as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of compliance or legally required registration forms and documents.
