Responsibilities

• Perform admitting duties for patients admitted for services.
• Collect insurance information and pre-register patient accounts.
• Explain consent forms and distribute required documents.
• Verify eligibility and support POS and billing processes.
• Screen medical necessity using ABN software and distribute forms.
• Handle phone switchboard and maintain strong customer service.
