Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking an on-site Patient Access Associate to float among Peoria-area locations. You will ensure complete and accurate patient records, including demographics and insurance, and communicate financial responsibilities to patients and their families.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in clerical or customer service work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; preferred are 3 years in a similar setting and experience with revenue cycle

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure each registered patient has a complete and accurate OSF medical record.
• Explain services and financial responsibilities to patients and guarantors.
• Maintain a high level of patient service over the phone or in person.
