Qualifications

• High school graduation is required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform Medicare compliance reviews and issues as needed.
• Register patients and verify insurance details to minimize duplicate records.
• Coordinate with utilization management for pre-authorizations and patient information.
• Provide excellent customer service and document payer conversations and payment plans.
• Support PBX coverage and cashiering duties as needed.
