Ideal candidates have HS diplomas, strong organizational skills, and experience in outpatient settings or high-volume customer service.

Qualifications

• Six months or more in outpatient reception or high-volume customer service.
• HS diploma or equivalent; basic computer and typing skills required.
• Experience with practice management systems is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greets patients and visitors and provides excellent customer service.
• Manages incoming calls and routes messages to the appropriate staff.
• Collects and updates patient demographics and insurance information.
• Verifies health plan eligibility and schedules appointments using the electronic system.
