Responsibilities include processing registrations, verifying benefits, documenting in Meditech, and coordinating with care teams to resolve prior authorization issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year to less than 2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIDET guidelines in all patient interactions.
• Perform pre-registration and insurance verification within required timeframes.
• Obtain patient identifiers and ensure accurate patient records.
• Collect patient payments and communicate cost share when applicable.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to support patient access processes.
