Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Registers patients accurately and efficiently.
• Utilizes multiple systems and interfaces.
• Cross-trained to work in multiple patient access areas.
• Maintains service excellence for face-to-face and telephonic encounters.
• Supports PAS goals, including collections and palm scanning.
• Ensures compliance with EMTALA, AHCA, and JCAHO regulations.
• Maintains patient privacy per HIPAA guidelines.
