Job summary

Tenet Healthcare's Abrazo Scottsdale Campus is seeking a Patient Access representative to perform patient registration, scheduling, and pre-admission duties. You will collect accurate demographics, explain financial obligations, and secure required hospital forms while supporting compliance and patient care processes.

The role requires handling multiple patient access areas (including Emergency Department) with a focus on accuracy, speed, and customer service in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year in a Customer Service role.
• 0–1 year administrative experience in medical facility, health insurance, or related area preferred.
• Some college coursework is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and complete full patient registration at the time of service.
• Explain and secure hospital and patient legal forms, scan PHI, file packets.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating post-discharge care as needed.
