Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service skills or knowledge of patient financial services, finance, or insurance processes typically gained through 1+ year(s) of experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and related checks may be required for certain Banner facilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify insurance; collect financial liability.
• Assist with patient registration and documentation accuracy.
• Provide financial counseling and discuss payment options with patients.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize patient flow and satisfaction.
