Conifer Health Solutions is seeking a Patient Access Representative at Abrazo Central Campus. The role involves greeting patients, registering at the point of service, verifying insurance, and handling financial discussions with patients.

You will ensure accurate demographics, secure required forms, and assist with scheduling and post-discharge coordination as needed. The position requires strong customer service, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year in a Customer Service role.
• 0–1 year administrative experience in medical facility, health insurance, or related area preferred
• Some college coursework is preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and complete full patient registration at date of service.
• Explain and secure Hospital and patient legal forms (Advance Directives, etc.). Scan PHI and prepare information packets.
• Educate patients about financial liabilities and ensure proper collection techniques.
• Assist with scheduling diagnostic procedures and provide appointment instructions.
