Academic Medical Group Inc. is seeking a Patient Access Specialist 1 for the USFTGP UMSA Patient Access Center in Tampa. You will collect demographics and insurance data, verify eligibility, and support scheduling with care teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.

• Document patient communications across call/text/email/chat on the omnichannel platform.
