Job summary

Dayton Children’s Hospital is seeking a Patient Access Representative for the Main Campus to deliver compassionate customer service while ensuring accurate scheduling and registration. You will work Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm, rotating between Main Campus, Child Health Pavilion, and the Hope Center, with every 10th Saturday rotation.

A high school diploma or GED is required, healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-facing service at the front desk and assist with inquiries.
• Assist with scheduling, registration, transcribing orders, and data entry.
• Verify insurance, collect payments, and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of PHI and support patient relations.
• Rotate between Main Campus, Child Health Pavilion, and the Hope Center; Saturday rotation every 10th week.
