Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience at front desk or patient-facing roles.
• Healthcare environment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle appointment scheduling and patient registration.
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits as part of the intake process.
• Enter and manage patient data with accuracy in the EHR system.
• Process PHI filings and coordinate patient referrals as needed.
• Collect payments and support billing activities to ensure financial solvency of the hospital.
• Maintain positive patient relations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
