Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year to 3 years experience in a Customer Service field preferred.
• 2 years experience in a Clinical/Medical office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-register/Register patients for scheduled/unscheduled services within hospital-based areas.
• Interview patients to obtain demographic/insurance information using up-to-date technology.
• Obtain copies of identification and insurance cards and document information in the registration system.
