The role requires a fast-paced environment, typing 35 wpm, strong customer service, and clear English communication. Prior experience in medical billing or hospital settings is preferred, and you will work across multiple patient access areas, including ED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Typing speed 35 wpm or faster.
• Experience in customer service and professional communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle detailed information.
• Course in Medical Terminology required.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support scheduling, registration, patient pre-admission and admission, reception and discharge functions.
• Obtain complete and accurate patient demographic information.
• Use proper, compliant patient liability collection techniques before, during and after service.
