Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• One or more years of experience in a call center or front office healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information and assist with inquiries.
• Schedule and manage dental appointments, update EHR records, and communicate reminders.
• Support patient navigation, including dental referrals and follow-up care with care teams.
• Provide empathetic, patient-centered service while adhering to scripts and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with operational tasks in the call center.
