• Explains forms in the registration process (Living Will, MSP questionnaire, financial authorization, etc.).
• Utilizes office equipment (fax, scanner, copier, embosser) as needed.
• Understands insurance processing requirements (verification, authorization, terms, regulations).
• Other duties as assigned.
