Job summary

University Hospitals Eastside ENT is seeking a Patient Access Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and families. You will verify demographics, insurance, and payments, and help coordinate appointments to keep schedules on track.

You will assist with MyChart enrollment, collect payments, and support the care team while maintaining PHI confidentiality. Experience with EPIC is a plus and customer service is essential.
