Job summary

R1 is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Patient Registration to be the first point of contact for patients, delivering fast, compassionate access to care across multiple systems.

This PRN part-time role requires day, evening and overnight availability, including holidays and weekends, with a rotating on-call schedule. You will collaborate with nurses and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate demographics, registrations and insurance data.
