Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Patient Service Representative (Registration) for on-site support at McKay-Dee Hospital. The role focuses on fast, accurate patient registration and compassionate customer service in a busy hospital setting.

You will work Sundays through Tuesdays, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, interacting with patients, families, and care teams to ensure efficient access to care and revenue cycle support. On-site training and growth opportunities are available within a mission-driven healthcare

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service experience and strong communication skills.

• Comfortable in fast-paced healthcare front desk environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families at check-in.
• Answer phones and collect accurate patient information quickly.
• Collect co-pays and provide cost estimates when applicable.
• Register patients across multiple computer systems and ensure accurate demographics.
• Collaborate with nurses and clinicians to support smooth patient flow.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion with anxious or ill patients.
