Qualifications

• Verify and update patient demographics, insurance, and registration information in the EHR.
• Schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction and efficient use of exam rooms.
• Collect co-payments and document payments in the EHR.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of patient records per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in person and over the phone.
• Serve as first point of contact and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and billing to support patient flow.
• Participate in recall outreach and scheduling optimization.
