Job summary

Clearway Pain Solutions is seeking a Front Desk Representative to manage patient check-in/out, registration, and data entry in the EMR system. You will collect insurance and financial information, assist patients with forms, and answer routine inquiries.

Strong customer service and HIPAA compliance are essential while maintaining professionalism. The role includes handling co-pays, scheduling follow-ups, and providing administrative support across the office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent written and oral communication with strong customer service.
• Ability to work with doctors, staff and the public.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient information flow and registration at arrival.
• Collect and verify demographic, insurance and financial information into EMR.
• Collect co-pays and reconcile money daily.
• Schedule and coordinate follow-up appointments per insurance guidelines.
• Maintain patient waiting area and assist with forms and inquiries.
