You will verify patient demographics, insurance information, eligibility, generate estimates, and collect patient liability in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED is required.
• Customer service or financial services experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficient with common office software and data entry is required.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient demographics and input data into the system accurately.
• Support admissions across departments including ER, OB, and outpatient services.
• Explain insurance benefits and collect patient liability.
• Generate patient estimates and assist with financial counseling.
• Engage in daily deposits and support PAS processes as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
