Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service experience in patient financial services is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Experience with common office software and typing ability.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient demographics and input into the EHR.
• Handle patient intake, registration, and insurance verification.
• Provide financial counseling and explain patient liability.
• Submit authorizations and help minimize denials per guidelines.
• Explain payment options and assist with financial assistance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume setting.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to improve patient flow.
