• Coordinate with clinical and security teams to manage patient intake flow.
• Enter and maintain patient data in EMR/registration systems; correct duplicates or errors.
• Respond to inquiries with sensitivity to diverse situations.
• Stay informed on payer guidelines and hospital policies to ensure accuracy.
• Support process improvements and assist in training new staff; backup other areas during high-volume periods.
