Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. in Benton, AR is hiring a Patient Access Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for patients, guiding them through check-in and registration with care and accuracy.

This on-site role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to navigate multiple systems, and a willingness to work a night schedule Thursday to Saturday, 5pm–5am, plus a rotating Wednesday shift, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare customer service is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and vaccinations requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist patients and families with the check-in process across multiple computer systems.
• Answer phones and gather accurate patient information quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Support timely access to care by minimizing delays in registration and answering questions with confidence and compassion.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
