• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Assist patients with enrolling and using MyChart.
• Enter/update/validate patient demographics, insurance and payments for accurate registration.
• Communicate information to care team; contact insurers for coverage/billing if needed.
• Collect and process patient payments (copays, coinsurance, deductibles).
• Scan and file documents into EPIC; manage EPIC workqueues and inbasket messages.
