Job summary

This part-time role (11am–11:30pm, 24 hours) is based at the Main Campus Emergency Department. A high school diploma or GED is required.

• Customer service at front desk experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service and support the financial outcomes of patient services.
• Perform scheduling, registration, transcribing orders, insurance verification, telephone coverage, data entry, PHI handling, patient referrals, and payment collection.
• Maintain patient relations, customer satisfaction, and hospital solvency.
