Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients, collect payment information and verify demographics.
• Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments using multiple sources.
• Review insurance and eligibility, and communicate financial clearance status.
• Assist patients with forms, ABNs, consents and waivers as needed.
• Maintain a neat registration area and ensure patient confidentiality.
