Job summary

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and non-verbally.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with physicians, the public and hospital staff.
• Ability to discuss personal and financial matters with patients.
• Good problem solving and process efficiency skills.
• Knowledge of insurance benefits and patient accounts for acute facilities.
• Typing 35-40 words per minute.
• Knowledge of computer keyboard.
