SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to be the first point of contact at our imaging centers. You will greet patients, verify insurance, collect and process documentation, and guide the admission flow with accuracy and empathy.

In a fast-paced environment, you will support scheduling, billing, and patient flow while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor. No nights or weekends; competitive wages and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients at imaging centers, guiding admissions with empathy and accuracy.
• Verify insurance information and process documentation to ensure a smooth visit flow.
• Greet patients, check in, and collect demographics, consent forms, and payments.
• Support front desk operations, including scheduling, billing, and patient flow resolutions.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to maintain a positive patient experience.
