SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to act as the first point of care, guiding patients through admissions with accuracy and care. You will verify insurance, process documentation, and support front desk operations in a fast-paced imaging center.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience from arrival through check-out.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through admissions with empathy and accuracy.
• Verify insurance and process documentation for patient visits.
• Assist with scheduling, billing, and patient flow to ensure smooth front desk operations.
• Maintain patient demographics and medical records with attention to detail.
• Support teams and resolve scheduling or payment issues while preserving patient experience.
