Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a Patient Access Representative or Scheduling Representative preferred.
• Clear, concise communication with patients, families, and staff is essential.
• Ability to read, interpret clinical, financial, and legal information accurately.
• Ability to handle sensitive inquiries from regulators, staff, or patients.
